For over 18 years, I’ve believed there’s a perfect job for everyone—and I’ve made it my mission to help people find theirs. My journey began with sheer determination, cold calling businesses and walking in unannounced, which landed me my first role as a recruiter. That moment changed everything.
Throughout my career as a staffing agency recruiter, contract recruiter, and corporate recruiter, I’ve reviewed thousands of resumes and developed a unique talent for placing candidates in direct hire, contract-to-hire, and temporary positions simultaneously. My experience spans diverse sectors including nonprofit, private companies, healthcare, e-commerce, insurance, IT, and business systems.
Working alongside varied recruiters and hiring managers has given me invaluable boots-on-the-ground insights. I understand exactly what hiring managers seek and how to make candidates stand out in a competitive job market.
